OUR HISTORY
Peacock Architects was founded in 1988 by Dean Peacock with the objective to provide the healthcare community with critical insights that go beyond the basic design solutions offered by most architectural firms. He brought together critical business perspective and design expertise in order to guide clients through strategic initiatives and capital development programs that involved extensive facility requirements.

In 1998 Tim Watford, Principal of Design Services, joined the firm. Tim delivered a unique perspective having served both as an architect at a leading healthcare firm and as the Director of Facilities Development for a highly regarded healthcare system. Tim has delivered comprehensive experience with all aspects of facility design and construction management during his role as director of the design studio. Today, Tim is still heavily involved in the design studio and management of business operations.

We have the unique ability to assist our clients with every aspect of their projects, from initial facility consulting/planning through design and final development management plan. We are dedicated to researching the latest technologies toward developing the most state-of-the-art healthcare environments achievable.
