PATIENT TOWER AT TANNER MEDICAL CENTER CARROLLTON
Peacock Partnership was pleased to provide Architectural & Interior Design services for Tanner Health System's new Patient Tower at TMC Carrollton which opened in early 2026. This three-story 97,000 SF addition expanded access to acute critical care for the community, adding 86 new patient rooms. Strategically designed to sit above the hospitals' existing Emergency department, the project required thoughtful coordination to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility. We were excited to be a part of this significant expansion for TMC which elevated the patient care experience for the Carrollton community.
TANNER MEDICAL CENTER VILLA RICA- WOMEN'S HEALTH PAVILLION
This new four-story structure dedicated to Women’s Health services will add over 84,000 SF of new Hospital space for Tanner Medical Center at their Villa Rica campus. The new building will house a Labor & Delivery Unit, Nursery, 20 Post Partum and OB/GYN patient rooms, 22 Medical-Surgical Patient Rooms, a Breast Health Suite, and OB/GYN clinical space. The project broke ground in October 2025 with an anticipated completion date in 2027.
SOUTHERN PINES SURGERY CENTER
This 24,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southern Pines, North Carolina is a joint venture for Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and First Health of the Carolinas. The facility will feature two ORs, four procedure rooms, and physical therapy space . The Orthopedic outpatient facility is under construction with anticipated completion in early 2026.
WEST GEORGIA DERMATOLOGY
Completed in 2026, West Georgia Dermatology's new facility includes nearly 9,000 SF of clinic space as well as a 3,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center. The building houses 10 dermatology rooms, 4 cosmetic exam rooms, 4 Mohs Exam rooms, and 2 OR suites.
