TANNER MEDICAL CENTER VILLA RICA EXPANSION/WOMEN'S CENTER
Peacock Partnership is pleased to be providing comprehensive Architectural Design services for Tanner Medical Center’s Hospital Expansion in Villa Rica, Georgia. This four-story structure dedicated to Women’s Health services adds over 84,000 SF of new Hospital space. The new Tower will house a new Labor and Delivery Unit, 20 Postpartum and OB/GYN Patient Rooms, a new Nursery, 22 Medical-Surgical Patient rooms, a Breast Health Suite, as well as clinical space for Tanner Medical Group’s OB/GYN practice. The project broke ground in October 2025 with an anticipated completion date in 2027.

We are pleased to be working with Tanner Health System to design their new 97,000 SF Patient Tower expansion in Carrollton, Georgia. This 3 story project will bring 30 new beds to the hospital and is designed to sit atop the Existing Emergency Department. The new facility will expand access to acute critical care for the community. Peacock Partnership has worked with Tanner Health since 1996 and we are excited to be a part of this significant expansion for the Hospital.
SOUTHERN PINES SURGERY CENTER
Peacock Partnership is providing Architectural Design services for this 24,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southern Pines, North Carolina. A joint venture for Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and First Health of the Carolinas, the Orthopedic outpatient facility will house two operating rooms and four procedure rooms along with physical therapy space. The facility is under construction with anticipated completion in early 2026.
WEST GEORGIA DERMATOLOGY
Peacock Partnership is providing comprehensive Architectural Design services for this new building in Carrollton Georgia which is being developed in a partnership between West Georgia Dermatology and Tanner Health. The facility is comprised of nearly 9,000 SF of clinic space as well as a 3,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center and will feature 10 Dermatology Exam Rooms, 4 Cosmetic Exam rooms, 4 Mohs Exam rooms, and 2 OR spaces.
